Good luck if Brenda answers the phone. I called looking for 2 concrete lids for my septic tank. I suppose she calls them plugs so the conversation was extremely painful. I apologized and called Shaffer concrete and problem solved I’m making the much longer drive to get the product I need.

This place has been in business for st least three generations. They seem to make everything that tou could ever want, from concrete. It's not uncommon to see items stacked by their parking lot. As a kid, I would wonder what half of these things were. This family has been making and installing burial vaults at cemeteries for years. The staff is always amazing when you call them. Super helpful, and they return calls quickly. If you need something made of concrete, from smaller items to septic tanks, I am sure that you can purchase them from this business. I would definitely recommend them. I am sure that they will continue to do business for many more generations.

Stopped at office building, a note on the door said, due to Covid to go to my vehicle and call their number. I was headed to truck when the door opened and a tall gentleman said to come in. He was very pleasant and took my order thru a small window. My order was small ( fiberglass risers for a septic tank, under $200) but he was very yes sir - no sir and asked me to wait in my truck and they would bring out my purchase. Which he did and then told me if it didn't work out I could return it. My experience was very good.
