I had been with them for a year now, they sent a tech out to do regular maintenance on my system, asked the tech if he checked the UV bulb he said yes, but had to open the unit again cause he never did the first time, then he told me the UV light is not working, he should have know that if he was servicing the unit correctly. I complained to the company and 16 days later still no response, in there contract they say non refundable, but also in that contract says they will refund you 💯 if your unit is in poor condition, so 16 days later still no contact from the company, then then sent me an email, rather than call me and said it's non refundable, we are talking about $80. They are horrible. You will give a full refund if your system is poor, but won't give me a refund cause they left my unit in poor working condition. Just a heads up, they do not honor their word, beware they will screw you. So I had to hire a new company, cause my UV light is still out, I better not see mold or we are going to court. They have been around for years and I believe they don't care. And today is 17 days with no UV light. I called, I texted for days, and no answer until I asked for a refund, then they told me they don't give refunds, nor do they honor a repair that needs to be fixed. Tech said I supplied a filter, no I did not, he did not have one on his truck, very well knowing that's part of the maintenance contract @$7, I never supplied a filter, nor did the tech ever walk into my house, so if I supposed a filter, where is it, very poor quality company

Definitely shopping around after dealing with them. Original installers at one of my locations. It feels like they would like to sell you another full unit after they have the maintenance contracts for this unit and I found to many faulty problems that needed to be fixed. Drain lines with upward pitch, UV lights installed with no finishing tape leaving my air box open to pull in hot air above the ceiling( making the unit work extra hard until I found it)
Overflow sensors that don’t work. “But we will sell you a new one. “ Sounds like they caused the very problems that I’m trying to fix. Managers are too busy to call for any problems.

Climate masters installed a new central heat/air system in 2022. Within the first month it started to freeze up. For over two years the system would regularly freeze up. Multiple times a month during the hottest parts of the year. Climate masters would send a technician out and they would get the unit running. In a couple weeks it would freeze up again. Another technician, another temporary fix. Even though the unit is still under warranty and has never worked reliably, they refuse to send out a technician without charging a service fee. After 3 years I now fear my only option is to spend another $10,000 for a new install from another company. It’s clear climate masters refuses to stand behind their work and I would highly recommend they be avoided.

This past summer they installed a new AC unit in my rental unit. The tenant upon returning from vacation found the unit not working. I called them to inform them of the problem. They said a technician would be out the following day, a Saturday. My tenant spent the day waiting for the technician to arrive. He never showed up and did not call.
On Monday I did not hear from them so I had another company fix the problem that day.
It’s understandable why they have such a poor rating on google.

Thank you Climate Masters! Our air went out last night during this heat wave. We called and got the on-call service. We told them it would be fine to wait until next day so they put us on the schedule. It has been in the high nineties everyday for a while so we really figured they may not get to us today. But they did. And the service tech was fantastic. He found the problem immediately and had the part on his truck to replace it. What a great experience.
