Best service, best prices and genuinely courteous staff. Knowledgeable surveyors who know the area well and have information at their fingertips. Also quick turn-around and great communication.

Great service, I ordered the survey on my residential property and they came out in less than a week to do the job. Samuel and the guys were very professional, even took the time to walk the property line with me. I would suggest the company for anyone needing the service.

I am a repeat customer of LRS Surveying! Everyone there has always been very helpful and professional. This last survey was a difficult one. It was on a “Vintage” house and it had not been surveyed in over 69 years! We were nervous, a lot of weirdness can happen over that span of time! Lewis’s team went to work! Dug into old records and made 2 trips to the property because of bad weather! We were impressed with the dedication to the job! Thank you!

Lewis and Sam were great. Had some hiccups along the way but they guided me to get some good answers. Thank you Sam for being so personable and on your game. He said he would be there and he was. Tk u again.
