I love this pawn shop with my life. I have been coming here almost as long as i have been an FSU student (1 year). Every weekend and every weekday I have off I find myself craving to come back. These guys truly make me feel like a kid on Christmas day EVERY TIME I AM THERE. Today, I bought myself a switch 2, to replace my old switch 1, and a sony speaker that sounds SO GOOD. I was able to snag these for the best prices on the market. Not only that, but their customer service is ELITE, and I work in sales so best believe my critique has weight to it. I adore the store, the employees, and the quality items they have. You need a MacBook? Go to value pawn instead of scrolling mindlessly through Facebook marketplace! They have MacBooks and iPad of every year, size, and model. Special thank you to one of the best managers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting: Ed, whom always gives a warm welcome to every customer that walks into his store; I wish he were my boss 😂 Best believe I will be back for more very soon for that M2 iPad Pro!!! 🤭

Came into value pawn today and met Ed, he was a top sales man. He listened to what I needed and at what price and got me just that! I already have a few other things in mind that I will be getting from them! Sent my sister his way the same exact day and she got a deal on a laptop! He’s extremely good at his job!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this pawnshop. The management is outstanding—professional, honest, and always willing to help. They treat every customer with respect, offer fair prices, and keep the store clean and well organized. It’s rare to find a business you can trust completely, but this team has earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed pawnshop.

Horrible customer service the black woman that works in the front is so rude. I have never experienced someone so rude in my life. This location used to be run by multiple different people and I never remember customer service being horrible. I do not know who hired this woman as a manager or a shift leader or an assistant manager I don’t know, but I do know one thing I’m sure I’m not the only one that this woman has been rude to. I hope she decides to start attending Church on Sundays because she needs some God in her life amen sister amen. also, she called my cricket machine, a printer, and it is not a printer. It is used for DIY use and some very popular my cricket was 310 $ she is bad for business.

Staff was nice but false advertisement. On the building it shows “video games” but they stated they do not buy/have them, only consoles. I think the “video games” should be removed.
