I absolutely adore this location! It’s my absolute favorite spot in the city to find unique, beautiful pieces to make our home feel extra warm and cozy. The store layout is wonderfully bright, clean & so fun to explore - you never know what beautiful hidden treasures you'll discover in the home decor or kitchen aisles.
I recently stopped by to grab some fresh seasonal throw pillows, beautiful ceramic serving dishes for our family dinners & a few high-quality scented candles. Everything is beautifully displayed and priced so reasonably for the quality you get. The staff here are always so genuinely sweet, helpful & welcoming, which makes the whole shopping experience feel so uplifting. It's just a lovely, cheerful place that always gives me the best inspiration for our living space. A perfect neighborhood gem for anyone who loves taking care of their home!

I absolutely love this store.
Although the floor space isn’t very large, it has two levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find dishes, cups, kitchenware, snacks, and pet supplies.
The second floor features bedding, bath items, furniture, lighting, and decorative pieces.
I can easily spend a few hours here.
There are so many items that look high-end but are very affordable, and shopping here feels like a treasure hunt.
I also love that they carry plenty of seasonal items for Halloween, Christmas, and more depending on the time of year.
The cashiers are always polite and pleasant, which makes the shopping experience even better.

I recently purchased a mirror and was initially excited about the design and quality. However, that changed quickly due to an incredibly frustrating and careless detail: the placement of the price tag. This review is specifically about the mirror, however, price tag placement applies to 80% of their products.

Instead of adhering the HomeSense price tag to the branded cardboard sleeve that comes attached to the mirror — a logical and damage-free option — the tag was stuck directly onto the surface of the mirror itself. Removing it has been a complete nightmare. The sticker tore apart, leaving behind both paper residue and a stubborn layer of adhesive glue. It took excessive time and effort to clean, and even then, the surface remained streaked and sticky.

This isn’t just a minor inconvenience — it’s a clear lack of consideration for the customer experience. The product is otherwise perfectly fine, but this careless tag placement has rendered it frustrating and unpleasant to use right out of the box.

This kind of oversight shows poor attention to detail and creates unnecessary dissatisfaction. I will be returning the mirror, and I sincerely hope the company revisits its packaging and labeling practices. Simple, thoughtful changes could have easily prevented this.

This could’ve easily been a 5 star review.

Went there three times in two days as we just moved into a new condo! This store is superb for condo furniture-they all fit in nicely with smaller space, affordable, and have great taste. We got ourselves some bowls, bathing mats, shower curtains, racks, clothes hangers there. All delicate handy stuff. Will definitely go there from time to time for treasure hunting!

Good store with various homewares and decor. Things are laid out nicely over two stories of retail space. Location has an escalator going up to second floor, stairs and a elevator.
Prices are very reasonable and items turn over often. So if you see something that you may want it may not be there again if you don't get it.
