Coming prepared to your first visit gives us the most opportunity to spend time with you and address your needs.* Please include any past X-Rays from previous dentists. Also bring any insurance information you have so we can help you receive the most benefit available to you.**<br /> <br /> It is also important to spend a bit of time to think about what you want for yourself, today and in the future. After we are both clear on your personal dental goals we will examine your mouth to establish a diagnosis.<br /> <br /> After completing a thorough examination, we will then decide whether additional evaluation or procedures are appropriate.
