Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Unfortunately did not see anything i had to have today. But out of the 10 pawn shops i visted today, Ashley and Angel were so welcoming and helpful. Great experience.

I recently visited Cash America Pawn on Dale Mabry Highway looking for a few items, and I felt compelled to share what an outstanding experience I had. The two gentlemen who assisted me (Angel and Lee) went far above and beyond what I expected. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

What impressed me most was their patience and willingness to answer questions without making me feel rushed. They took the time to explain my options, provided excellent customer service, and treated me with the utmost respect throughout my visit. In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but these two gentlemen delivered exactly that.

Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and commitment to helping customers reflect incredibly well on Cash America Pawn. Because of the experience they provided, I will gladly return for future purchases and will not hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family.

Thank you both for making what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into an exceptional customer service experience. You are a tremendous asset to your company and should be recognized for the outstanding job you do every day.

This store is the best pawn shop I've ever been to. Lee and Ashley are always so friendly and helpful. Definitely not the usual pawn shop vibe. They are so welcoming. I drive all the way from Saint Petersburg just to go to this one store. I'm so happy I found them. They are worth the drive!! This is one of the beautiful pieces that I bought from them. Super high quality and awesome prices!
