Mr. Watson's knowledge of various subjects is reflected in LIHM. It is not only about courtship but there is adventure, factual history, intrigue, poems, suspense and much more. This novel has renewed my love with real life romance and made me want to be the lead female character. None of the characters are boring they all have unique distinct personalities. I especially fell in love with Marcus and found him to be extraordinary and fascinating. If only he was real I would be a happy woman. I hope Mr. Watson writes a sequel. Equalla W from NYC
