I had an exceptional experience with them. They were there around 10 minutes late in the morning which is very usual with Fredericton Traffic and school buses in the morning. I asked them to fix the gutters and had to leave them alone to arrive at work on time. When came back the work they did was much more than what we agreed on. Based on my experience i Wouk highly recommend them.

I engaged this company for siding and eavestrough installation on my house. While the work quality was satisfactory, internal issues within the team surfaced. Shockingly, the quote significantly differed from the actual invoice. When questioned, the owner attributed the variance to additional materials purchased by his team without prior agreement. Furthermore, I observed the team taking excessive leftover materials post-job, seemingly without the owner's knowledge, raising suspicions of unauthorized dealings.

Insisting on transparency, I requested the lead worker to account for the materials used. The owner's explosive reaction and refusal to cooperate only heightened my concerns. Despite this, I settled the agreed-upon amount and promptly dismissed them.

In no uncertain terms, I strongly advise against engaging this company's services.

I wanted to give this company a chance even though I read some reviews about them not keeping appointments and not showing up on time. I asked for a quote to install eavestrough on my home back in September. The gentleman who did the quote was on time, professional, and very friendly, so I was feeling confident. I then called the company to let them know I was happy with the price and asked to make an appointment to have it done. They were again very friendly, and understandably, said they couldn't give me a concrete date due to rain delays and things like that, but they said it would be about two weeks.

Three weeks later I sent an email asking if there was any update on a day/time, to which they responded that they would be by on Wednesday. Wednesday has now come and gone with no further reply to my inquiries and no notification that they wouldn't be here.

I am very surprised, but there are plenty of other competitors in this industry. I will regretfully not be a customer of Simply Seamless in the future.
