This Public Storage location has a serious rodent problem. Many of my personal belongings were damaged and contaminated, and I had to throw most of them away. After all of this, the insurance only offered $500, which doesn’t come close to what was lost. I paid every month expecting my items to be stored safely, and that did not happen. I would not recommend storing anything important here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service and super clean facility!
I’ve been renting a unit at Public Storage in Brampton for a while and couldn’t be happier. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions. The building is spotless, well lit, and feels very secure with all the cameras and gated access. The units are easy to access and loading in and out is smooth thanks to the carts and wide hallways. Prices are fair compared to other places in the area, and they always have good promotions. Definitely recommend this location if you need safe and reliable storage in Brampton

This storage unit is a scam .
The staff pretends to help you get better deals on promotions, while the entire time they know they are planning to overcharge ! I had a prepaid unit . The unit was vacated on time and left clean & the account was closed out …. days after they charged my credit card for more storage fees ! I called they said it was a mistake but I would have to wait , I am now waiting 2 weeks only to still be given the run around . The assistant manager Peter hung up the phone on me & was so disgusting to speak with ! I do not recommend giving them credit card information as they will charge you extra fees and not refund the money ! I dealt with Brampton location at 25 Melanie drive . Never again ! If I could give 0 star review I would 1 star is too high !

The customer service at this public storage is not good. I have been dealing with other public storage across Ontario and I still have units but the one at 25 Advance Blvd. the caucasian guy in the office. And the Indian lady I believe it is the daughter of the old manager that manage this location for over 30 years. His father is the best manager, but since he retired this location in Brampton is going downhill and not good customer service I had had words with Jessica she said she would talk to the front office about their customer service scales, I went to vacate my unit and b58 a10 I had other units here in the past, which I stored in 25 by 20s my vehicles for at least two or three years straight when the old manager was here I never ever had this problem at this public storage in Brampton. I wish they would send the old manager who retired back
