I bought hearing aids online a few years ago, but went to Pratt when I had some issues with my Phonak hearing aids. They did an excellent job cleaning and fine tuning them. I wish I had went here years ago when I first needed hearing aids.

Don’t trust online retailers and just go to Pratt. They are a great local business and they’ll do a much better job with your hearing aids than anyone else. Highly recommended.

service was excellent, very through. Michael spent time to explain everything regarding the exam and my hearing aids. Scheduled a follow-up in two weeks. I would recommend Pratt Hearing,

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from Mike Pratt at Pratt Hearing Aids LLC. I appreciate the Bluetooth capabilities of the hearing aids that I bought, enabling me to answer the phone and listen to scripture apps. Mike is very skillful in prescribing, explaining, and setting up hearing aids.
