I take both my cats here & the staff is very very kind to them and takes great care of them! The DRs we've seen seem amazing, they really listen and address concerns; they are really really great!! The entire staff here is spectacular

Our Bella was seen at our vet this morning. She had liver failure and possible stroke. She was euthanized and is at peace. Shame on your dr for saying she was too healthy and needed her teeth cleaned. I want my money back for the exam and an apology for the way we were treated by that dr and the snotty assistant.

When you call to get an appointment for your 15 yr old cat to get put down and requested euthanasia and they scheduled us for 3:20pm. We didn't call other places because of being told ok. We bring in your cat that has so rapidly declined in 2 days. Our regular vet is out of the office until Tuesday. The Dr came in flopped her around and looked in her mouth and said it's a Dental problem. He wanted almost 275.00 for blood work showed no sympathy or compassion for our precious girl. Charged me 78.50 for an exam...which wasn't anything but flopping her around. Then told us he didn't feel "comfortable" putting her down. That they are a clinic that does not promote euthanasia. My son and I left balling out eyes out because now we have to watch our beautiful die at home because of their money hungry ways. This makes me sick!!!!

Wish I could give a million stars. My gsd Buz has always struggled at the vet due to a traumatic vet experience (Concord) when he was a pup. Our vet was phenomenal and the vet assistant (Emma) was absolutely, positively, the best person for our situation with our boy who struggles with getting his vaccinations. She was patient, calm, and so beyond sweet - for the first time I feel like we found the right place to take my baby. He got every vaccine today, we were shocked… Emma is absolutely fantastic and she genuinely cares about making the experience as comfortable as possible for you and your pet. Also, they provided high quality treats and Emma even brought in a frozen peanut butter lick mat to help Buzzy feel as comfortable as possible. Also, their Hills treats are his new favorite and they sell them there - we bought two big bags! We won’t ever go anywhere else! If you’re scared or your pet has vet trauma, please give them a try and ask for Emma! 💗 She does not disappoint!

Also - joining the Care Club has saved us a ton. There’s no sneaky vet costs or test fees. You just pay a small amount each month (for Buz it’s around $45) and it comes with tons of services, tests, and vaccines that don’t cost extra $$ out of pocket. So worth it!

Honestly after losing my baby, I would give 0 stars. I feel terrible even having to write a bad review, I’m not the type of person to try and cause issues and talk about a business, but I’ve tried to give chance after chance for someone to talk to me. Do not take your fur babies here.. I don’t want anyone to have to deal with this hurt my husband and I feel. I’ve called here multiple times being told I’ll get a call back or to just bare with them while the manager looks everything over, my baby has now been gone a MONTH and I have yet to hear anything on how to make this somewhat better, nothing will make the hurt we feel go away and it won’t bring her back, but I don’t feel she was done right by this vet. This only lets you post so much, but if you want to see about my experience with VCA look at my story in the photos. Also, my husband and I had been sent a card like two weeks after her passing and after my 4th time calling saying I didn’t feel like anyone cared, normally I would appreciate something like that but why two weeks later, and happened to be the same day I called for the 4th time? I’m sick of waiting, it’s hard for me to even begin to heal when we have been through this and get brushed off. The communication is horrible and I do not feel this place has the best interest in your pets like they say they do. I think because they had Wednesday off and it was closing time on a Tuesday they just wanted to go home. I called multiple times crying about this and I don’t really feel anyone cared that much even though they try to say so, if they actually cared about our fur babies and the care of them I would think they would do anything to reach out after something like this happened. We were told she did so great so we are thinking we have nothing to worry about, if I noticed something wasn’t completely right with her before leaving I’m sure they did as well, but we aren’t professionals and we trusted them. I’ve tried to be kind and give some time with the holidays and all, but come on.. if info was sent over once finding out of her passing until the first holiday that’s two weeks, then I’ve now given about another two after the next holiday. How does it possibly take this long for anyone to reach me? I’m not happy at all, my baby didn’t deserve this at all, I feel it’s all about the money and not the care.
