BE WARNED never shop at Tres Chic in west edmonton mall! I ordered my wedding dress in September. I went in the store in March to ask if they had it in and was told yes. I went in on saturday to pick it up and they gave it to me. I got home to find it was the SAMPLE dress with stains, holes and hair/dust everywhere! (the dress was basically yellow!) When we went into confront them they blamed it on me for losing weight and not wanting the dress anymore. I never changed my mind on the dress. I just wanted the NEW dress in the right size that I paid for not a digusting sample. I asked for a refund and they refused. Three days later they had it rushed ordered for me from Calgary. Why they could not be honest with me from the beginning, tell me the dress wasn't there and had to be brought up from calgary i'll nver know. They blatenly lied 3 times and tried to get me to take the sample for the price of a new dress! Looking back I was warned not to shop there and I should of listened! Save yourself the stess and stay away!

The bridesmaid dresses were ordered six months ahead of time and when it came time to pick up, they were not there! She had somebody custom make the dresses last minute but the quality was terrible! Really disappointing as it was an 8 hour drive just to pick up the dresses. I would never shop there again

Good selection of dresses for all price ranges. The staff here was helpful without feeling pushy. I found exactly I was looking for. Would definitely recommend them for a laid-back dress shopping experience.
