After battling with my A/C unit for over two months only working half of the time. I was referred to Creamer’s not only did they show up the same day but also got my unit back up and running . Al was knowledgeable and troubleshooting within minutes he knew what to do. I will be using these guys in the future for sure!

They have had to come out twice for my heating and the air and they are super nice good guy's. They get the problem fixed fast. Highly recommend them. Will be getting their maintenance package which is inexpensive and they come out twice a year.

Service process are very reasonable. Quick to respond when called and will make sure that he doesn't leave until everything is working properly. Will take the time to explain what's going on and have no problem guaranteeing their work. Rusty, the service tech who came, is wonderful.

They have always went above and beyond when we have called. Last week my wife called me at work to tell me that the air unit had quit. I was finishing up trying to get home to look at it when within 30 minutes from when she had previously called me the guys from Creamer had come out, trouble shot it and put a temporary fix in place that got us up and running for the evening. They got the part the next day and finished the repair. It doesn't get any better than that!! Thanks guys!!

Creamer cleaned my mothers unit and days later quit working. Came out again and replaced a part. Months go by and we begin to smell strong odors in the house. Plants began to die and my mother got sick. Called them out again. The fixed the same part they replace months before. I know because i kept the old parts. They didn't test vents for gas or carbon monoxide. I called the electric company, they came out and tested. They had to turn everything off until leaks where fixed. I called Creamer again and they fixed a motor. After all the visits and parts they tried to charge me for all the visits. As ignorant as it sounds my grandmother called the out the next fall season and....they working on there second visit and heater is still not working....wtf!
