I can't even begin to tell u how much we hate this store. The staff was helpful for about five minutes but my daughter and I did all the leg work. We found the dress of my daughters dreams ordered it and anxiously awaited its arrival. Two weeks before the wedding we were told it was stolen at a New York airport and weren't sure we'd get it in time for the wedding. Well I know damn well that dress was sold to someone else who needed it and so I as a mom had to live with a bitch bride freaking out about the dress. A week before the wedding they found it "they said" and we went to pick it up and there were no apologies. The zipper was broken and the beading was falling off. They wanted to send it to the basement for alterations and I said no that seamstress is gonna come up here cuz we're not taking our eyes off this dress now. Then I asked what we were getting for Ll the hell we'd been thru and she called her loser owner and he said to give us a $500.00tiera which we found the exact one at Claire's for ten bucks later and so when we left my daughter yelled out to the customers that came in. Run for your lives cuz this bunch of losers will sell your dress and claim its stolen and they won't give a shit about how it. I wouldn't recommend this dive to anyone .
