I want (need) to share my recent experience with Ginette Lemieux and her bridal salon, Alliance Bridal Boutique. Or rather, her CHOP SHOP.

I brought my pre-owned RIVINI dream gown to this boutique for cleaning and alterations. I was later phoned by Ginette and told that my dress had been ruined and that I have to buy a new dress. When I went back to review the damage I was HORRIFIED to see that my simple satin gown had been destroyed from top to bottom. The faint stains I had asked to have removed were actually made worse, the silk fabric of the dress was rough, dull and pilled, the sweetheart neckline and bodice were crushed, the lining had shrunk and the hemline and train were puckered.

The salon owner NEVER APOLOGIZED, didn't show an ounce of sympathy for my situation, didn't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY, laughed at me and tried to make me feel like an idiot for buying a "dirty dress". After an hour of dealing with her, I was in tears and my heart was broken. I asked her to compensate me for ruining my dress and she wouldn't give me a dime. Instead she focused on blaming me for the damage and said she never should've taken my business in the first place.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BRUTAL BRIDAL SALON. I have never received such terrible service or been treated so badly in my entire life.
