I can't think of what else it would be...the experiences people report on Google and here indicate that either you have a great experience or you have a very poor one, perhaps because some clients are treated better than others? My daughter had a terrible experience from staff that were not helpful and acted like they had no idea how to alter or fit a dress - always asking her and never telling her the consequences of doing this or that. My daughter is going to have to buy a whole new dress after they chopped hers up! They are the ones with all the experience and my daughter is a first time bride! Get a grip Ladies! I don't even think anyone even smiled at her the whole time she was there for the many alterations it seemed to take to mess up her dress!!

My sister and I both purchased our wedding gowns at Heirlooms, and had wonderful experiences.

The women who work there are so sweet, polite, helpful and kind. The feeling you get when you arrive is calming. You are able to look around the boutique freely, and select dresses you would like to try on without any pressure whatsoever.

There is a lot of space, and large fitting rooms. The tall structure of the boutique, and big windows offers much light. The beautiful hardwood and light pink and creme hues of the walls also makes for a pretty experience.

If you want to feel like Cinderella, who has her Fairy Godmother helping her, give Heirlooms a try. Appointments are not necessary, so if you are near Dundas, stop in. You will not be disappointed.
