In 1992, as many traditional flower shops began facing market challenges, Wayne re-directed his Business strategy and began operating as "In Bloom Again. While continuing to fill everyday orders, the main focus of In Bloom Again became special events...Weddings, Parties, Corporate Events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and Conventions & Partnered with the Event Company, In Bloom Again designs both local and national events.
