Sophie's provided terrible service. I ordered my dress in March for my Sept. wedding. They dodged my phonecalls all Summer. I finally went to the store and insisted on scheduling my fitting. When I tried on the dress, it was the wrong size, and had makeup and other marks on it. They were trying to pass off the sample dress as brand new, and charge me full price for it. Turns out they didn't even order my dress, and they lied about it. They only offered me a 10% discount on the sample dress they tried to sell me. I'm getting married this weekend, and don't have a dress. Thanks Sophie's ...for nothing.
