I had a wonderful experience at Zena's Bridal. Bev took the time to show me numerous dresses and was extremely well-versed in helping me chose the right dress to suit me. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are kind, genuine and accommodating.
The attention to detail and service surpassed all my expectations.
Thank-you to all the staff! Especially Bev for making by dream dress a reality!!

I had a horrible experince with this dress store. I completely agree with other reviews that they only care about getting your money. They were very rude to the bridesmaids after their deposists had been paid. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, the ladies in the store would provide round-about answers (avoiding the question). They will not listen to your input, they will try to change your mind about what you want. The bustle on my dress was done improperly - one part was too heavy and was continually coming undone throughout the night - I eventually gave up trying to put the bustle up and just held my train the entire night. These are just some of my many problems with the store.
