I recently had Turn Key Remodel transform both of my bathrooms in Yorba Linda and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mark and Reese were instrumental in bringing my vision to life, and their attention to detail was truly impressive throughout the entire project.

When I first reached out, I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't sure how to make it all come together. The team helped me think through everything from the fixtures and lighting to the color schemes and materials. They installed gorgeous new tubs in both spaces and added beautiful tile work that completely elevated the look of each bathroom. Every element feels cohesive and thoughtfully chosen.

What really impressed me was how they handled all the finishing touches. The painting was done with such care and precision that it just brings the whole design together. I noticed they took their time to make sure every corner was perfect and nothing was overlooked.

Working with Mark and Reese made the entire remodeling process surprisingly smooth. They were easy to communicate with and clearly took pride in their work. If you're thinking about updating your bathrooms, I'd absolutely recommend giving Turn Key Remodel a call. They transformed my Yorba Linda home into something I'm genuinely proud to show off to guests.

Mark and his architect Sam spent time with me learning what my needs were regarding a commercial patio enclosure required by the City, my landlord and the ABC. Sam drew up plans, presented them to both my builder and the City and supported me during my hearing before the City Planning Commission. All went very well, pays to deal with people who are familiar with local city requirements and are respected by city officials.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with Turn Key. Not only was initial construction for a relatively simple project (floor and drywall repair after a plumbing leak) delayed by months, but after they replaced the floors, they all started popping up and had to be replaced again. When they had to be replaced a second time, the baseboards were warped and damaged and, rather than replacing them, they just stuck the warped/damaged baseboards back on the wall. Some of the quarter round was messily replaced and began falling off within a couple weeks of being replaced. When we contacted them about this, they never came back to fix or replace it. Finally, we recently discovered a crack in the toilet they removed to replace the floors. The toilet had putty all over the crack indicating they damaged the toilet and, rather than replacing it, hid the damage and repair. It has now resulted in another expensive plumbing repair. Would highly recommend not using these folks. Highly unprofessional, cut corners, dishonest, and ultimately ended up costing us more money. In response to Turn Key's reply stating that they did not work on our home, this is simply untrue.

I love my new kitchen! I dreamed of it for years and sometimes can't believe I have it. And the wonderful team at Turn Key brought it to life. From the first meeting with Mark, the owner, and Sam, the architect, we were impressed. Mark's staff and subcontractors were skilled, polite, hard-working, and responsive. We saw none of the bad behaviors that we'd heard about contractors. And the job was finished almost to the day they projected. We didn't just gut the kitchen, we torn down a wall and raised the ceiling. And they also put in an attic with a drop-down ladder. We are thrilled with it all! Turn Key does quality work. You'll be happy if you choose them to enhance your home.

Quick Response and Outstanding Work
My wife and I are incredibly pleased by the repair work that Turn Key Remodel did. We had recently upgraded the electrical panel to our house, and the contractors who did the work left us with gaping holes in our outside stucco and damage to the drywall inside. Seeking contractors that could repair drywall and stucco, our realtor, Lynn Campbell, informed us of Turn Key Remodel, which is her go-to contractor for all things relating to home repairs, and she gave us the contact information for Mark Apicella. After providing us with an initial estimate on what it would cost to do the repairs, Mark and his crew were able to work within my wife’s and my schedules and complete all the work within a week’s time.
Along with the quickness of their work, Mark’s crew were very professional and did exceptional work. In addition, they cleaned up their work areas when they were done working, which we appreciated. With all said and done, we cannot be happier with results provided by Turn Key Remodel and would definitely be contracting with them again for remodeling work in the future.
