Dixon has proven to us that using their collection services is more then worth it. We would sooner have our clients pay in a timely manner, but this is the next best option. We will continue to use them

Dixon has been one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. I retired just about 2 years ago, and handed them all of my books to look after. They called me last week letting me know that they recovered money from my old clients. Since I closed my business down, I didn't think I would ever see any of it again. But I was quite surprised to find that they were able to get some of it.

Definitely the go to company for your debt collection needs. Used them for my trucking company. Very happy with my service and they were able to collect 2 really large invoices for me. Management has always been able to recover my claims in a timely fashion!

It may have taken Dixon a little while to collect and a few files they needed to move to what they call a third phase. But they collected it all.

Happy clients
I was recently hired as a bookkeeper for a large auto parts warehouse and they had over one million dollars in outstanding receivables. I was tasked with not only updating, organizing and maintaining their accounting records witch were a mess but also asked to attempt to recover some of these receivables. It was very evident to me that I could not handle it all so I petitioned my bosses to hire on some help such as a collection agency for the tough receivables and the receivables that I did not have the time for. They at first said no then I asked about a thousand times more…they then told me that if I could find a place that would collect for 15% of the receivables then I could go ahead. It was a Very difficult search as most collection agencies charge between 30%-50% however I eventually found out about Dixon Commercial who only charge 10% and 0% if under $300.00. Needless to say my bosses where very pleased with my find and to date we have recovered a sizable portion of the receivable.

A friend of mine recommended I try Dixon after talking about unpaid bills. So I did, and it has been great. After a year of use, I have been consistently recouping money. It turned out to be a great decision

I was way overdue on a dentist bill that I long forgot about. Dixon Collections called me. We were able to work out a plan the satisfied my cash flow as to not leave me too short. Eric was firm, but reasonable. Overall, besides feeling a bit stupid, it was a good experience with a collection agency

I couldnt get some of my customers to make good on their bills. Dixon Collection agency worked on my accounts for about six weeks before I saw some progress. Most of the payments are now received and the rest are on their way. Very Pleased

Even if they can't Collect they list your accounts with Equifax at no Charge to their Clients. But most of the time they collect
