I registered for short term storage between semesters as a student, I would not go anywhere else for storage based on the service and convenience alone. Great pricing and Nicole the manager for the Hayward location was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout, I had a rush to get my stuff in just before 11 on a Friday night, which was made possible the day of, and moving out was extremely smooth. In a world where every phone call to company services is 30 minutes of waiting and bots it was genuinely refreshing.

We used access storage when we moved houses as a lay over for our stuff. It was so great to have easy access almost any time. The storage space was fantastic. We had a large room and it fit so much! This month I wanted to park my boat closer to home so I can work on it closer to home. I called to book a parking spot for a week or 2 and they offered me first 4 weeks free. Incredible!!!! I got so much done on the boat thanks to them.

My contact was with a new employee Skyler- He was amazing- polite and friendly. We had an issue with our unit door being damaged and couldn't open it. He listened without trying to make excuses, acknowledged our frustration, then waited with us until the site manager could come to repair the door (it was cold but he stayed for about 1/2 hour). Highly recommend this agent to any employer. I wish he was staying at the Hayward location

Always pleasant & professional. However existing customers are NOT allowed new promo deals. Even their alternate contacts cannot re-apply to get the advertised deal. I understand "Black Friday" specials are offered to attract new clients only. However as a business man for over 50 years, looking after your existing customers will probably keep there from straying away. It's just good PR.

From the minute I went in to visit the CSR at Access on Hayward I have received amazing service. Information was clear and conscise and as promised when I first went in, the transition from a 5 x 10 to a 10 x 10 locker was quick and seamless. The property is nice and clean. Security features make you feel safe. Thank you Nicole, Jenn and the first CSR I had contact with, keep up the great work. Customer service of this level is very rare....have a great summer.

I rented 2-different storage lockers from the Kitchener Alpine Access Storage location in recent months to support separate moves due to downsizing and relocation, and both times found the team at the Kitchener Alpine location professional, helpful and responsive to all questions. The location is spacious and easily accessible with vehicles and trucks of all sizes with convenient drive-up units which is a bonus! Nicole and Jenn took care of me start to finish and would recommend this location for your storage needs. They will take great care of you!

Always a great experience at any access storage!

These guys were great, even though my move in was a bit hectic and I missed business hours to get my code when I first moved to the area, they tried their best to assist me. The general manager is great, the maintenance staff is great and the front desk is definitely amazing.

It was my first outdoor location and it was great, I just needed to move out because I needed to get a unit closer to family. I think the price was good and everyone was helpful with assistance on billing and any other questions I had.

Thank you for being a great location!

Idk what woman I talked to you but she was 100% the reason I canceled getting a storage unit with them. I'm not the only person who said she's horrible. I also still haven't gotten my deposite back and of course cant get through to anyone to get it back. I'd rather set my stuff on fire then rent a unit with them

Ruiner of Santa gifts. Stored some really big Santa gifts for our son just to try and grab them Christmas Eve and turns out even if you have a unit you can’t access the building so ruined some of our Santa gifts. So thanks for that :) lesson learned we can’t store everything here.

The guy working the counter today.
Sat. Dec 21/2024 was so unpleasant to deal with. I left without using this facility for my storage needs 100% because of him.
This place offers what you think are reasonably priced units only to have overpriced everything else.
I went with Public Storage and had so much of a better experience! And far better priced!
Save yourself the annoyance of possible having the misfortune of dealing with the guy I spoke with today and move along.

I had outside storage for my boat and my experience was great. The gate worked every time, lots of security cameras and I felt my boat was safe. Staff was helpful when needed I will be back.
