Setting up a storage unit was so easy and fast! Reserved online and immediately got a phone call to complete the booking which he was very professional and helpful with explaining everything. When I went into the office to sign papers, Sarina was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. She even helped carry some moving boxes I purchased to my car. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with this location so far. I met with Sarina who went through the entire process with me and showed me the location of my unit. She was courteous and professional. The fees to date have been transparent and as expected. I appreciate the ease of daily self-access and close proximity to the highway. I recommend this location and specifically talking with Sarina.

I had a great experience at Access Storage, and Sarina was honestly amazing. She was super helpful from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process really smooth.
On top of that, she even did a price match for us, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely tries to help you save money and makes you feel welcome at the same time.

I talked to both Sarina and Jason. They were both helpful. Sarina met me for a visit to the site I was interested in renting. Then back to the office where she helped me with everything I needed to know and do about the rental.
She was great and wonderful to deal with.

I’ve had a storage unit here for a little over a year, Everything has been good besides for of course the high cost, which is acceptable till twice I’ve had to tell them that their heat wasn’t working. Come Christmas 2025 I had shown up to my unit and could not get in. To find out that they had moved me out, even though I was up-to-date on my payments, Said it was a system error tried to give me two days off instead of what should’ve been 50% or a full month free given their policy once you move in.

No surprise when handling it, they tried to pull one over and charge me more than the amount that was agreed upon They said they would take one week off then I asked to put one week back on so i have time to move my belongings and somehow the price had gone higher. And I do want to thank the one male who stepped up and said something about the cost.

I would definitely not recommend this place, And will be looking elsewhere to store my belongings.

When I first started going to access storage it was fantastic. Since then it has gone downhill. I am past due on my account but I stated that I was going to be there on Saturday. Saturdays they are open. And I like to be able to pay in person. I don't like to pay online. When I showed up Saturday morning nobody was there. I had some other stuff I had to be able to do. I carried on and did what I need ed to do. When I returned still nobody was there after 4 hours. Reason why I need to be able to pay it today so that I can be able to remove some of the stuff from which I have in my unit. This is an issue due to the fact that because my vehicle is not working I had to be able to have somebody be able to drive me here. Therefore I'm going to invoice the company since I needed to be able to pay it today and nobody was there. They said that they were going to be open and they lied. Any other fees that are going to be reflected due to the fact that they were closed today is on them not on me and I am not paying it. The person that I had drive me up here phoned the company and somebody answered the phone stating that they were there at Fisher Drive and said that they would be there until 430pm. We showed up and it was closed.

Units were exactly what we were looking for! Clean, secure, and convenient. Price was appropriate and the first 3 months were 50% off! All the staff were courteous and helpful. On our last day there Sarina was great at getting all the loose ends tied up and answering all of our questions. We left feeling really good with our entire experience. Been a loyal customer for 4 ish years now and the service has really went downhill.

We have mouse droppings in our unit (absolutely NO food in the storage unit just seasonal decor, patio furniture and atvs being stored)

The lack of snow removal is a huge issue as well. When we went to pick up my atv as the mice have gotten to the wiring somewhere we had to clear in front of our unit in order to even get into our unit.

The gate no longer works so our units are no longer secure. I get things break but it's been breaking alot....

My husband called the regional manager Grant to discuss the issues last week and we still haven't heard back.

Nicole is a former office manager, who moved to a different position. She was so super nice and accommodating to me, as I didn't have all the official documents the company usually asks for. She called me, talked me through the rental process and rules, and was very polite throughout.

Then there's the equally sweet Vai, who currently works in the office. I explained that I'd found a place that can accomodate my belongings, and that I wanted to empty my unit and move on. Vai quickly worked out the paperwork, explained their expectations so I didn't incur further charges, and I was done.

This company doesn't nickle and dime, or make things complicated. If I ever need storage again, no matter where I am, Access will be the first company I look for.

Has been overcharging me for my unit for past 2 years. Just called them to get a quote on the same unit I have and was told a price that is almost half of what I have been getting charged for the last 20 months. Asked for an explanation and a credit on my account and recieved poor customer service. The girl was extremely rude. She hung up the phone on me when I was trying to ask if her boss was going to call me back

My 73 year old father has a unit at 1850 Fisher Dr. Foundation repairs were done to building F in the summer of 2023, which left my entire locker and all my belongings are covered with CARCINOGENIC conrete dust, as well as many other clients in same the building. Access Storage has NOTHING to address their mistakes and the shortcomings in regard to the compromised safety of my belongings. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. AT WHAT POINT IS THE NEGLIGENCE AND HARASSMENT CONSIDERED ELDER ABUSE???
