Ive rented from them numerous times now, and Honestly my first experience was okay since then each experience has gotten worse and worse. Different staff than the first time, the new ones are terrible. The security guard was a decent guy thou. Shout out to him.

Clean secure location. Price is higher than competitors in the area and the insurance added on is mandatory unless you provide proof of your own contents insurance. I will say their insurance is cheaper than most home insurance policies which helps offset the high price tag. It’s bit of an inconvenient process to actually obtain a unit. In person contract signing before you can get access to the unit. No virtual options for contract signing or identification verification. But all in all they have good customer service and prompt response times. I would recommend them.

I rented a storage unit from this company for TWO years. Not once have I had an issue with them, and their staff is always nice and answered any and all questions that I had, as well as didn't mind cracking a joke or having a friendly conversation, if you happened to stop into their office location.
Overall, I would recommend this company as they had a storage unit for me to rent, wasn't terribly priced AND the staff was nice and reasonable!

Safe as houses.

We just moved from the UK and rocked up to Red Deer central storage location.

We were well taken care of and provided exactly what we wanted at very reasonable pricing.

50% off for 12 weeks to secure the business as with the others but this felt a good company tk deal with.

They also had a padlock to purchase which made life easier.

Definitely recommend, it was nice to talk to a fellow Brit who helped us greatly.

I initially spoke with the Canada wide call center and the agent wasn't really understanding what I needed. But once I got to talk to the local office, they were amazing!! I ended up renting 2 units, then had to cancel one and then at last minute, I was possibly going to have to rent another unit. They were so helpful and patient and explained everything I needed to know. Depending on how long you are needing storage, it may be slightly cheaper to rent elsewhere for an extended stay but I don't think you can match the customer service here! Red Deer Sentinel is fantastic!

Patricia at the Red Deer location is absolutely top-notch. She was the only person on site that day. The phone never stopped ringing, three people waiting to do paperwork for units & a nasty guy who was a "potential" customer would not move his truck & trailer. Others could not enter or exit the yard. Patricia She handled them with grace and professionalism. While in line, a customer came in with ice coffee to thank her for her services. 100% recommend Sentinal Storage in Red Deer.

Sentinel storage was the perfect solution for my situation. I had access 24/7, the unit was very clean and no mice! Audra was friendly and very easy to deal with and when I no longer needed the storage I only had to give a few days notice. I’ll definitely use Sentinel again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
