My grandmother signed up for their snow removal service, we were hit but almost three feet of snow a few weeks back. She called them at 10:30 AM to see if they could come to do the removal "I'll be there soon" was the answer, 6:30 pm was when the person arrived but I had shovelled everything because of how bad the snow was coming down and I didn't to help her run a errand. It looks like a cash grab, lucky for her she only paid him for half of the service offered.
