I have had them provide service several times and they always perform above and beyond expectation. I had work which required them to be onsite 5 hours and our plumbers Bruce and Brian were excellent. On time, respectful, informative and cleanly. I would not hesitate to have them again.

Ethan came to see what work needed to be done, and found that our water main shut-off valve needed replacing. He helped us arrange for the city to shut off our water, and after his work was done, he called to make sure everything was good once the water got turned back on. He was very patient and helpful, and the other plumbers who did the other repairs were great too. We would definitely use the Pleasant Plumber again!

I needed to get the outdoor leaky tap fixed. I called Pleasant Plumber and within the hour Ethan arrived. Discussed what needed to be done to the tap, then decided while he was here already I would get a quote on my hot water tank as it had reached its 10 year lifespan.Ethan was very understanding and patient in explaining everything to me.
Ethan provided a reasonable quote for both jobs so went ahead with the work. The 2 friendly techs arrived the next day to repair the tap and replace my hot water tank with no issues. Everything was done very efficiently and professionally.
I highly recommend having work done by Tge Pleasant Plumber.

Pleasant plumbers were pretty pretty good ! Shout out to Nico and his helper, also London who seemed to be the foreman and to one of the owners Liza for all the prompt and pleasant support. Although there were some minor quirks within placement of bathroom rough in and toilet selection. They worked with us and these guys were phonemonal !

We plan on also hiring them for our shower later on and thank you so much for the hard work and for always being there and hearing us out.

The 10% off membership deal is a very good deal too and I highly recommend it.

Excellent service! The technicians came the very next day, everything was done quickly and efficiently. Jess (with the help of Danny) explained everything as he worked, offered options for solutions, and cleaned up everything after he was done. We signed up for the membership, which basically paid for itself, and we're definitely going to use the PP's services moving forward, which means the membership rewards will come in handy!

Great experience right from the beginning. I was able to get through right away and they were able to get me an appt within two days and this was after the crazy storm. We wanted to get a battery back up sump pump and Landon came to do an assessment. He showed up on time and the communication was great. They notified us when he was on the way and when he arrived. Landon was very kind and took the time to assess everything and also took a look at all our plumbing just to make sure nothing was leaking. He took the time to explain everything and gave us a quote and also explained the peace of mind membership which we signed up for. He let us know the sump pumps were all sold out but we would be contacted as soon as they arrived.
We were contacted about a week after and Bruce came and installed the battery sump pump and a new sump pump. He took his time, explained everything to my fiance and cleaned up after everything was done. He did not rush his work and did a great job. We had a great experience overall and we would recommend them. Our frenchie Baxter also loved them both!

Jess is very smart and let me know the pros and cons of each recommendation. He understood that I don't have an unlimited budget. He priced out different options and gave me estimates. He also gave me a ballpark estimate of whether there would be extra expenses if I waited (and the problem got worse or caused more damage). He wasn't pushing me, but it was more like full disclosure. I appreciated this because I have opted out of fixing things in the past, and had to call a trades person back again a few months later. This has always resulted in me paying way more tha I needed to. As a result, I just took Jess's advice.

Highly recommend. Jess was fantastic. I called for a shutoff valve and hose bib replacement, and he arrived within an hour of my call. He was professional, attentive, and did an excellent job. Everything was done properly, left clean, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Fast response, great service, and very pleasant to deal with. Jess was great, and I would definitely use them again!

I had an excellent experience with this company. The plumber was Q. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and was completely honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done.

What I really appreciated was how he handled unexpected issues—he took the time to explain them and discuss any additional costs before moving forward, so there were no surprises at all. His work was thorough, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job.

It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Had a small but annoying tub leak. The guys from Pleasant Plumber assessed and had the issue fixed ASAP. Replaced old pipe with new cooper and swapped the leaking faucet. All done quickly and painlessly! Great work was done here!!
