This sonic is quite literally one of the worst ive ever been to. I ordered through the app and had them bring it to our stall. At least tried because 17 minutes after the ready time, i got sick of waiting. And my order was just sitting there when i asked the lady for it. My drink was half melted. The drink i ordered for my friend wasnt even mixed. The cream for it was just resting on the top, then the bottom of mine was pure ice (they’re both slushes). id recommend at least going through the drive through so youre not wasting your time.

The service is very bad. the food and drinks are good themselves, but when we pulled up, they said they were only doing pick up. we went and placed a pickup order and waited 25 minutes and nothing. then we went through the drive through and waited another 15 minutes and nothing. it took them 15 minutes of us waiting to come out and say the speaker was not working. the workers inside were not working, one being on their phone and one had air-pods in. regardless of there being 3 workers inside, the line was not moving. everyone else in line was upset as well. it took about an hour all together. for a few drinks. and the drinks were made incorrectly.

This sonic is actually the worst. We've been waiting for over 20 mins in line at the speaker. We ordered and already paid online and went to a kiosk only for them to tell us to get in line and wait. They only have one or two workers here every time I come to this location. Please only come here as a last resort if you want to waste your time and money.

Be prepared for an Extremely long wait. Customer service is trash. Food quality is terrible.

My shake was melted and had some kind of unknown Brownish black substance on the inside of it… on the cup and most likely inside the shake.

The onion rings were drenched in grease that taste old like they haven’t changed it in ages.

And the burger was just all right. Cheese wasn’t even melted all the way.

Only thing right was our mozzarella sticks!! Cold (and the wrong kind) cheese on my tots, no bacon on my BACON smash burger. Also was supposed to have mayo on one which wasnt there and had ketchup added??? oh and lets remember its supposed to be a DOUBLE burger as well but i got ONE patty for one of my 9 dollar burgers. No salt or cheese with either of my dry pretzels either all around the worst food i have ever received ANYWHERE what a JOKE of a place
