I’ve had 2 doors installed with one repair. They gave me excellent advice in the first door and provided proper construction framing as the garage was out of square. The second house had a keypad that stopped working. Two years later and out of warranty from the manufacturer. Dodds came out and realized it was faulty and fixed it at no cost. This is really a class business that cares about its clients and service. These are the people to order from.

The garage door is beautiful. The installation was thorough and the proper operation of the door was explained to me very well.
The staff are polite and helpful.

they called me back within a minute of emailing them. Will showed up an hour or so later (as promised) and he replaced the spring and charged exactly what was quoted. Awesome!!!

Excellent service provided by Dodd's. Service technician, John replaced cable that had snapped and identified another cable on second door that would soon snap .. replaced both. Technician took the time to point out some safety features of the garage openers, tightened the bolts on doors and lubricated the tracks.
Received very prompt and professional service. Would definitely use Dodd's again in future and will recommend to others. Excellent Service ! Thank-you.

Thanks to Dodds Doors we now have impressive new garage doors for our home. We searched around to find doors with the "real wood" look but we didn't want the maintenance wood demands. Dodds Doors found us a steel door that truly looks like wood. The doors have greatly improved the curbside appeal of our home and our neighbours can't stop complementing about how great the doors look. We searched around and found several garage door companies and selected Dodds because we found their product was excellent quality and their professionalism and service etiquette was superior. Recently, one of the cables had rusted and snapped. Leave a message on Dodd’s web the Monday evening and get a return call in the following morning. Arrange a day to replace the cable and install a remote keyless entry system at the same time. Works was done on Wednesday morning and finished within an hour. The technician, Chris, was courteous and did an excellent job. I will be pleased to recommend Dodd’s to others.

Our dealership has been a client of Dodds Garage Doors for over 20 years now and I must say they are not only competitive, but they truly care about their customers.
The communication between them and us being the client is far superior than any of the other companies we compared (we always get a minimum of three quotes). Our Sales Manager Roy Arluck was knowledgeable and was able to source the doors to our manufacturer specifications at a cost that was very attractive considering the quality of the components which are all brand name. Since installation, the Service of these doors has been immediate when a problem has occurred and the servicemen treat us like gold. I would recommend these professionals to all of my family and friends as they are for both residential and commercial.

The Spring on my Garage Door broke. I phoned Dodds doors and they came ou the next day. Service person Wil did a great job was very concious of safety as he worked. Was curtious informed and helpful

Service was good. There was availability almost immediately when I called. The technician was able to quickly and easily fix the problem. The only complaint is that the technician arrived 3+ hours after the scheduled window. I didn't mind that he came in the evening, but I would have preferred a call so that I could have left my house that afternoon, rather than spend it waiting for him to arrive.

Dodds was able to accommodate my very busy work schedule to install 2 garage door openers to replace my old failing units. The technician was professional, completed the process in about 3 hours, checked to make sure everything was working properly, and cleaned up the workspace immaculately ! BRAVO Dodds !! Just want to thank you for your excellent service in attending to the problem with my garage door. Your technician was very prompt and knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 45 minutes. He also took the time to discuss future issues that are likely to arise with my outdated opener.
I have been in a service business for 45 years and must say that the gentleman that attended today was very professional, courteous, and most helpful.

We recently had a problem with our garage door. One of the cables had rusted and snapped. My wife and I thought we might need a new door. I called Dodd’s Door. Not only did they arrive on time, the technician fixed our existing garage door and the door opener, which hadn’t worked in almost a year. All (garage door and opener) well below what I thought I’d have to pay for just the garage door. The honesty and great service was refreshing. Thanks for doing a great job.
