Fredy is amazing! If you are looking for new floors heโ€™s the guy to ask for!! He is friendly and knowledgeable. He really helped us out when my daughter was remodeling the house she bought and was on a budget. He helped her find something that looked amazing and stayed in her price range.

Our experience with the employees at the League City store was good. Everyone I spoke to on the phone there was nice and helpful, and I appreciate their good customer service. However, the quality of the LL Flooring product is awful, and that is the focus of this review:

We had CoreLuxe from LL Flooring professionally installed throughout our entire house about a year and a half ago, along with new subflooring and underlayment. The house previously had tile, and we wanted something more child-friendly.

We moved into the house less than a year ago, and over the past couple months the CoreLuxe planks have gotten so bad (there were some issues before but recently the major ones arose). And we are not rough on them.

They scratch very easily. This happened right away and continues to happen.
There are long vertical cracks in many of the planks. There are deep horizontal cracks in a few planks that will literally cut your foot, and small chunks of the planks have completely broken off. We have a crawling baby and a toddler, so we have had to put down rugs over these.
Some of the top layer has curled/peeled up to the point that it can be pulled right off (major choking hazards with a crawling baby in the house).
And the edges of most of the planks (on the long sides as well as the short sides) have some degree of liftingโ€”some a small amount and some very noticeable and looks like it will only continue to get worse until it is literally peeling off like some of the other spots.
Some of the corners fold up to the point they could cut your foot (or body, in the case of a crawling baby). I have to keep my baby away from these areas.
The floor also just feels awful to walk on barefoot as it is literally falling apart into small choking hazard size pieces and cracking throughout. I just wear house shoes to try to avoid confronting the awful flooring that is throughout our entire home now.

We did all the right/recommended things (professionally installed with new subfloor and underlayment, followed installation guidelines), and this still happened.
It is really bad already and seems to get worse and worse very quickly.

I submitted a warranty claim which has taken weeks to get a follow up on, but I did receive a call from a case manager eventually. They want me to send an unopened extra box of the flooring that we have leftover for โ€œtestingโ€, and offered to give store credit for this box. However, the offered amount of store credit is not enough to cover purchasing a replacement box. So, if I want to replace the box I send them, then I will be out additional money with no guarantee of any resolution. I asked about this weeks ago and have gotten no response and no resolution. Contact just ceased completely on their end.

We got CoreLuxe because it was marketed as a durable and water resistant flooring which would be ideal for our growing family. It is anything but durable. The quality is terrible, and I am so disappointed that we have this throughout our entire home now.

Further, my cousin has had LL Flooring LVP installed in several rental houses, and he has had the same issues. So, this does not seem to be an isolated incident.
If I could go back, I would avoid LL Flooring products.

Caleb and his staff was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable throughout our entire flooring project. From the first time we walked in the door everyone was very helpful and supportive to our needs. The installers were superb and did an amazing job on our formal living room, living room, kitchen, and hall way, The cost of our project was well worth it without breaking the bank. We will definitely be using this great team again from LL Flooring. You won't be disappointed. It's worth the try. Thank you again LL Flooring for a job well done. Charles and Renetta Bennett...
