I am extremely happy. I like no BS businesses. Could not have been any better. Go a sub, amp, and professional installation. Everything was clean, hidden, and professional. I felt stress-free. The best place I could find. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased an item from this store and when I requested a refund, they refused to help or honor what I believe was a reasonable request. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they made the entire process frustrating and disappointing.

A business should stand behind its products and treat customers with respect, but that was definitely not my experience here. Once they had my money, they seemed to have no interest in finding a fair solution.

I will never shop here again and would strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their money at this place. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect them to make it right. There are plenty of other businesses that actually value their customers.
And they also called the cops on my husband for trespassing but we purchased items from them .

I put a down payment on an amplifier and an install for about $800. Everything came out to $2,800. Some financial troubles came up and I was no longer able to afford the entire price, so I went in to ask for a refund. I would have been open to accepting a restocking fee or anything. The owner told me that he cannot provide a refund for a special order. He merely labeled what I ordered as a special order to prevent refunds. He’s running a fraudulent operation because he had the same amplifier in stock when I came in to make the initial down payment. To make matters worse, he refused to negotiate with me and chose to call the police and have me trespassed. Now he has $800 of mine without providing me with any products or services.

2023 Kia K5. I used to have a JL audio 400/4 and a CT sounds 2000 watt powering 2 Skar Audio ZVX 12’s. But i had a horrible install and experience with another shop. One day i walked into Juan’s shop because he did my alarm and remote start for this car and i was satisfied. I walked into the shop to talk to Juan tearing out the whole old system and redo everything. all wires new everything brand new. He explained to me what to get which was tweeters and EQ he recommended and what his pricing was due to touching other shops work which i was fine with it. On the day i dropped off my car Juan told me where he was gonna mount my EQ, my bass knob and epicenter knob. also told me where my amps where be and my LC7I and epicenter before the install. He needed my car for 5 days which was well worth the wait! The day I picked up my car I was SUPER HAPPY how my system turned out. Everything was so crystal clear and clean. Wires hidden much as possible. He did install a kill switch for the system. A Big 3 done. Tweeters in doors. Everything was so A1. Was definitely better prevouis shop experience. I would let Juan touch any of my cars for now on😊😊. Juan needed 5 days due to a previous shop messing up a LOT of wires. Juan was very honest and very communicated. One week from the install and still loving it til this day 😊😊. one thing i did noticed since i have stars in my car. the stars were connected to an amp on the old system and would always kill my battery. Since Juan had my car he moved my star lights to a better place and the lights only turn on when the car is on and off same with the amps to! So definitely coming back. Very good experience!

Juan and his team are the only shop I would trust with my car audio system. They are extremely detail oriented and spend the time with you to assure that all your audio needs and met and exceeded. If you are looking for someone who treats your car like his own then Xclusive Audio is where you should go.
