The Seminole Products team worked hard to understand their customers needs. Because of their dedication, they were able to create American made quality products, personalized attention to all their customers, and a reliable brand name. They were able to accomplish with this with help of a talented staff member, George Genzel. Together, with the mentorship of Jim McGarth, George became plant manager and they began building their company. After 35 years running the business, Jim finally retired and sold his company to George to continue the traditions that they established together. George turned it into a family business with his wife and three sons, and focused all their energy on the expansion of production and market diversification. A strive for innovation led to the acquisition of Jersey Specialty Company formerly located in East Longmeadow, MA. JSC serviced the electronics market and added variety to existing product lines. The business improved with UL certifications and implementation of Total Quality Management System targeting advanced manufacturing capabilities. Seminole is focused on driving capabilities in advanced manufacturing. Our operations team is defining technological, organizational, social and environmental strategies that meet the goals of enterprises, society and governments, and adapt to change to meet the demands of information age and technological advances.
