The website says it's open 7 days a week and closes at noon on Sundays, but when we arrived, there was no one there and no one answered the phone. It also says they offer cedar mulch in bulk, yet we didn't see any outside in the bulk section, only bags...disappointing...

Good customer service, good selection of bulk goods, open every day and by appointment on Sundays which can be very convenient.

They don't seem to want to finalize my contract, but they also don't seem in any hurry to inform me or follow up if they do.

As a result, I'm three weeks behind schedule.

We had heard good things about this company, but our experience did NOT live up to what we had heard. There were many delays, little follow-up, and they didn't call when they couldn't show up, leaving us waiting. I would add that they don't take criticism well, because when we shared our feedback, they cancelled the order.

I ordered 10 yards of topsoil.

I received my topsoil in one day; it looked great, very nice soil. The price was very reasonable compared to bags sold in stores; Bo-duc topsoil is a quality product at a reasonable price.
