I recently had Aaron do 2 home inspections for me. He was very thorough and walked me through the inspection explaining things very well. Reports were delivered to me in less than 24 hours for each. I would definitely recommend him and this company.

I underwrite my mane , assure the services the AmeriSpec are one of the best in town. They are deserve to be rated 5 star. Mr. John Joyce completing his inspection with full knowledge of all code of connects and wonderful report preparation .

I've had the opportunity to purchase several houses during my lifetime so I feel I've become a bit of an expert. Until now I haven't worked with a house inspector that has worked up to my expectations. Reg went above and beyond. He knows his trade well and I will call Amerispec again!
