Isidro did our home inspection last year in September. He was punctual, polite, easy going and very knowledgeable. He was also able to accommodate us in a very short notice. He gave us a binder as part of the home inspection with all the information that we need to know about the home. We have been using it as a checklist for our home maintenance planning which enables us to prioritize musts versus wants. He also gave us an approximate cost of what needed to be fixed.
We recommend this company and give it a 5 out of 5.
