I haven’t even used the product yet and I am already very pleased. Shipping came in two days (free). Then I called the service line to ask a question about my job and they answered right away, and the person on the phone was very nice, she knew the product well and she was very helpful. So far so good. I will update after I use the crack repair kit.

UPDATED:
I used the crack repair product and it works great! It was easy to use and has sealed up the cracks perfectly. It can get a little messy and sticky, but I put down an opened cardboard box under the area I was working on and it kept the mess contained well and was useful for mixing the two part glue. Overall I am very pleased with the product and customer service and I highly recommend it.

Our company have used the flexomeric products for a number of years and I have to say we have never experienced any problems with the crack repair resins our technician's like working with this product and it makes our jobs easier, and the back up from the knowledgeable staff is very good.

The system works fairly well EXCEPT if the adhesive leaks. I had a crack 75" long and not enough injection resin to do the job properly (2 tubes). There were several small leaks through the adhesive which may have wasted some resin. The instructions do not cover this well. It states to apply more adhesive to the leak but the surface MUST be clean and dry. That would be impossible with resin leaking out. If I had waited for the resin to dry it would have been too late to continue with the job. I just held my finger over any leaks and continued on. I ran out of resin for the last 10" and I will not know if this repair will hold back water until the snow melts in the spring. We'll see.
