Overall, we were happy with the process and the product. The windows look great and are of good quality. They arrived well packaged. The time frame for manufacturing was off by 3 weeks (11 instead of 8 weeks) which luckily didn't impact our project. The shipping could have been better, but that was on the carrier, not Craft-Bilt.

We installed our first railings at the cottage approx 2010, the very detailed instructions make DIY very doable.
Summer 26 we just extended railings to the main house and side by side the railings show the same.

Bought the grand vista all season sunroom for a self pickup and install. Overall a very good experience and very happy with the final product. The only disappointment worth mentioning was the relative lack of packaging material for transport, but we got it done to good effect, it just took much more time loading than expected.

Service was excellent from the beginning. We sat down with Nithi last September to start the planning process, and ordered the final product in April. We had to make some changes along the way, and he was more then accommodating. We picked up our 12 x 15 Grand Vista 3 season in July and installed it ourselves, with a lot of help from some family members. The product is exceptional in quality, and design. If you considering installing yourself be aware some technical, and carpentry skills are a must. Finished product is beautiful and very rewarding. Craft-Bilt shipping staff also deserves a big shout out, they made sure when I left the facility with my room there would not be any damage during transport as I was travelling 6 hours away.
I would highly recommend Craft-Bilt!

gutter facia does not withstand canadian winters, the ice and snow rips the unit off because it is fastened into the thin aluminium. Craft-Bilt does not provide a solution to solve the winter issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Looking at your images, the sunroom wall structure itself is not a Craft-Bilt product, but the roof does appear consistent with our systems. That said, we have no record of manufacturing or installing this specific roof, it looks like it may have been installed by a local contractor around 15 years ago, based on what you've shared with us.
We take reports like this seriously regardless of when or how a unit was installed. We've arranged for a contractor experienced with our roofing systems to inspect the unit in person and offer their services to correct the issue, should you decide to use them. I ordered and installed a set of 4 track windows and a door to install in a custom built 10ft x 10 ft gazebo. The order was bult and came in on time. packaging was superb and I transported the system to my cottage with no issues. Installation was vert straight forward and all ordered dimensions were as agreed. The gazebo is now complete and the window system and door work perfectly. I could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Craft-Bilt.

Excellent communications - Craft Bilt stored our windows over the winter until weather allowed installation . Windows are a little sticky and advice was “ wipe with soap and water or compress springs” - what springs, where and how????

I ordered and installed a set of 4 track windows and a door to install in a custom built 10ft x 10 ft gazebo. The order was bult and came in on time. packaging was superb and I transported the system to my cottage with no issues. Installation was vert straight forward and all ordered dimensions were as agreed. The gazebo is now complete and the window system and door work perfectly. I could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Craft-Bilt.

Excellent communications - Craft Bilt stored our windows over the winter until weather allowed installation . Windows are a little sticky and advice was “ wipe with soap and water or compress springs” - what springs, where and how????
