Bought a home in Spring Valley, Brampton, cracks in foundation and no customer service and owner bullies if you call nregarding complaints.

I am very agree with the previous commond. The sales is very good. once your new home got closed. the after sale service never will be get done for you. I think that is a way how century grove homes treat the purchaser. louzy job and louzy services for the new homes. You can't find your site suporvisor on the site, also you can't find someone help you in the head office too. You are totally being ignored. highly recommanded don't buy from this builder. we have a very bad new home purchase experience.

Where to begin!!!You name it - Since we moved in our most promising new home - "So We Thought" it has been nothing but a continous daily battle to get any after sales service and to make matters worse the Site Super is full of Empty Promises.
Naturally the trades follow suit and so does the head office.Take heed all future potential purchasers - I can write a whole list of problems and probably will in future,but this Builder needs to Seriously get their Act Together and treat their Purchasers who spend hard earned money with better respect.Word of mouth can go both ways in Business - Choose which side you would rather be on.Get your act together!!!!
