I live in a new home in Oakdale Village ( Near Jane and Wilson) built by Conservatory Group.

These homes are poorly made!

The builder has made several attempts at "fixing" several issues. Satisfaction is definitely not a guarantee.

If you do buy a home with them perhaps you can include a clause in your contract to have them satisfactorily fix issues found in your PDI prior to taking possession. Also, bring your own reputable home inspector to the PDI.

There have been appointments where they come look at issues and say we can't do anything about that or that's normal and give you BS excuses. What a big waste of time!

I'll end up paying someone else to fix issues that are covered under their so called warranty.

Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
