New patient, first visit, cleaning and checkup and x-ray. I can say, without reservation, that this was my best experience as a new patient at a dental practice, ever. Nearing 70 years of age, I've been to several dental practices. I had some concern about some areas in particular, and they concurred and referred me to a specialist within the WNY Dental practice. I got an appointment date thru the inter-practice referral quickly and easily. Very thorough 6-month checkup (Matthew) and the attending DDS (Dr. McBride). Outstanding from start to finish from all their staff.

I’ve been a patient here for a year now, and my entire process has been so smooth and easy. Everyone in the office is always friendly, kind, and welcoming, and I have had nothing but a great experience from start to finish.

Today I had my Invisalign removed, and I am beyond satisfied with my results. I waited my entire life to have a smile like this, and they made it happen.

I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me throughout the whole journey, and I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about improving their smile.

Don’t go here! You will feel like cattle. They have charged me 300 for missed appointments that are booked 6+ months out. I updated my number with them in person and they are supposed to txt msg you in advance. No texts and still charging me. They have no problem making you wait for them 30 minutes. I called about a broken tooth and it was a 6 day wait. Had a temp crown fall off, when they put the permanent one on I almost jumped through the ceiling it hurt so bad. Reviews speak for themselves, I’m going to find somewhere that treats people better. You earned every word of this review WNY Dental of OP.

I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on 2/5 by Dr. Fallon. Dr. Fallon is the real deal hes extremely professional. I was terrified to have this procedure done but he was very reassuring and did a great job explaining everything. Dr Fallon is everything you would want in a surgeon someone who genuinely cares and listens to you. I will recommend him to everyone.

My Son had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Scheduling was simple, Dr. Fallon explained everything clearly. Day of surgery went smooth, he was out in a little less than 40 minutes. Staff was great, no issues. Highly recommend. Thank you!
