I waited a long time just to get a dental cleaning appointment. I arrived on time that morning and was told the DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP, and then asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was honestly shocked. this is completely unprofessional. I won’t waste my time here again.

Unfortunately one of the women at the front desk was not very professional. Blowing her nose incredibly loud, and laughing hysterically after we asked to reschedule our appointment. Did not seem like she was a good for front desk.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Jefferson Road location of Western New York Dental Group and wanted to share how much I appreciated the care I received.

As someone who has struggled for years with periodontal disease, dental cleanings have always been difficult and uncomfortable for me, especially when it comes to the deep treatments my gums require. In the past, it was something I honestly dreaded. But this time was completely different thanks to my hygienist, Reda.

From the moment I sat down, Reda made me feel safe and cared for. She has such a confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate approach, which instantly put me at ease. She even played calming music in the background, which created a very soothing environment. Most importantly, she took the time to explain everything and was gentle yet thorough with my cleaning. It was the first time I’ve ever walked away from a treatment like this feeling so comfortable and worry-free.

I also want to thank Serena at the front desk. She always remembers my name, greets me with such a great attitude, and even makes me laugh every time I come in. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference.

The overall office environment is by far the best I’ve ever experienced at a dental office. Every part of my visit, from check-in to treatment, was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.

Thank you to Reda, Serena, and the entire Jefferson Road team for making what used to be a stressful experience into something positive. I feel truly grateful to have found this office and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Dr. Levine was so thorough, explaining all the tests and possible reasons for my tooth pain. He gave me options and answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend him. The staff were all very nice and helpful too!

So far not a good experience as a new patient. I had to wait a month for my first appointment, which was supposed to be a consultation and cleaning. My appointment was at 5, I got there 10 min early to do new patient paperwork, which they didn’t have me do surprisingly. They didn’t see me until 5:30, and then had the hygienist fill the new patient form with me while I’m on the chair. They did the consultation, took 2 x-rays and asked me to have my previous dental office send them my most recent x-rays for the rest of my mouth, and then prescribed me medicine. No cleaning done, they slugged around, and basically pushed me out at 6 when they closed. I had my X-rays sent and then I called for a follow up and to schedule a cleaning, but they don’t have an opening until November and basically shrugged and pushed me to another office. I have to go for a root canal and I get the feeling they will deny me because I haven’t had a cleaning yet. Just not a good start since I’ve been having tooth pain, and they don’t seem to care, so I’m probably going to change offices again
