I have lived in 2300 Confederation for years, and I love the building the cleaners are awesome, polite and always helpful if needed.
Also Andre has helped me several times when I broke my back and needed help with things, his wife also , always willing to accommodate when i needed something.
They keep a very nice building and when you have a maintenance issue it is addressed as soon as possible.
I just had an incident this weekend, as i came home to my kitchen floor flooded from water dripping all day and a small hole in the drain pipe under the sink, i called the weekend number and Shaun answered the call and came over with in the hour.
He was polite and introduced himself at the door and explained the problem and fixed it with in an hour. No mess no fuss , amazing job, and really appreciate the effort especially on a Friday night when everyone just wants to get home and relax.
I would highly recommend this building to anyone interested in a clean and helpful environment to live.

I would never buy a Kaneff home . I did buy one and it’s a nightmare. Nothing was to the building code!

Where do I start?
Numerous times tenants and myself have complained about the a/c not working. It is beyond humid inside the rooms as well as in the elevator and hallways. As a result of the humidity there is a cockroach outbreak. They have now made us move out for 24 hours and WE have to pay for our stay outside while they spray the hell out of my apartment because of their mistake.
They are known to enter apartments without thr consent of he tenant. I have written so many work order forms stating "DO NOT ENTER UNTILL YOU CAL ME" and of course that's been overlook and they walk right in. We are dealing with unprofessional , rude, lazy management in this building.
Smarten up, we pay a lot to live in this building.

they need rents on time and property never maintained properly....please keep kaneff out of ur search for your own good when you have plans to move to new apartment.

why the City of Brampton Building Officers have been covered up builder in violation of bylaw? We have poor or negative lot grade if they cannot provide a Final Lot Grade Certification Approval was issued and how can that be Kaneff Homes Corp has a capacity refused to repair their serious deficiencies work that cause a child get injured, what is wrong with them?
Kaneff Home Corp isn’t willing to repair problems told by neighbors’ homeowners who have tried and failed to get builder to repair problems in a new homes. It is just seem like City of Brampton Building Officers and Tarion Warranty Corporation are protecting the Kaneff Home Corp it’s hard for a homebuyer to get a fair shake and no protects the victim at all.

Problems with Kaneff , they never forget rents but when it comes to providing services that were covered under lease , Kaneff fails to do those services. I have lived in Kaneff building for 6 years and the 2 years the air conditioning broke down 4 times and it took them 5 days to fix it each time. They replaced the air conditioning only when all tenants complained. Kaneff customer services is that if you don't like it just move out.
