Unprofessional, and incompetent management. Management and CEO cover each other crooked ways. Let’s not forget about Heather. They’re money hungry and don’t care about the individuals. She’s never on the scene during an emergency situation. They hired an unprofessional incompetent Coordinator who lacks awareness and knowledge. Dominique has various relationships with certain staffs behind the scenes, lacks interpersonal skills, and highly disrespectful. She’s verbally abusive to the workers and have violated confidentiality of staff. Speaking to other coworkers about an open investigation pertaining to a coworker. When you do try speak up, they collaborate together, retaliate, and threaten you when you speak up about the poor environment. This place needs to be investigated and shut down.
