Crown Roofing were easy to work with, provided a comprehensive quote, and responded in a professional and timely manner to all of our questions. The guys did a good looking job on our roof on the house and shed, this included gutters and downspouts. Communication throughout the process was great and appreciated. We would recommend Crown Roofing to our friends. And the warranty is fantastic.

I was impressed with Matthew and the rest of the team at Crown.

Some observations as to why I hired them instead of someone else:

1. During the sales process, they spent time listening, addressing concerns and proposing solutions.

2. Very good continuity between sales and the Project Manager - i.e. they were the same person.

3. Team made good suggestions throughout the process - i.e. good flashing recommendations that were not overly expensive that made sense to install.

Bottom line: I would hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had our roof replaced with Crown Roofing Company. From start to finish we knew we picked the right roofing company. Professional, quality workmanship, kept the place clean and tidy, wonderful to deal with the whole crew. They didn’t just do a roof, they did an exterior renovation as well, the entrance was framed in and roofed. They did far more than just a new roof. See before and after pictures.

The communication between I and Matthew Neville is smoothly, a pleasant issue.

I knew The Crown Roofing Ltd was from my daughter. She has a great opinion on this company.

They responded to my emergency fast. They came on the next day, when Matthew received my call.

After replacing the old one, the new roof looks great.

The only suggestion I can offer is: Try not doing it in winter time.
We had to wait for the no rainy days, the whole project lasted, therefore, for over 3 weeks. When you find it is the time to do the replacing, do it. Don't wait until the last moment.

Thanks Matthew and whole the working stuffs, who did the job in a low temperature.
