Fred is great, trucks are fine, but employee was a real jerk to me on the phone.
I used to rent their trucks regularly, never a scratch, I have an impeccable driving record.
In 3 decades, had 0 at fault accidents, did get rear ended at a red light once, not my fault I was the 7 car back, stopped at a red light, and got hit by a guy paying no attention.
Yet the employee called me on my cellphone and instantly began bitching at me about my driving, because someone said a Bowman truck was driving poorly, in PG. I said not me, and in fact I'm nowhere near PG, but am in Kitimat. He didn't believe me, and continued bitching at me, so I hung up. Returned their truck a few days later, and rented elsewhere since.
