This will be your worst mistake. Water in basement, Free Basement only to cover up the the mistakes. Do not fall for the sales pitch. Make sure to fill out Tarion Paperwork. We thought they were going to repair the poor quality but with no Tarion paperwork they left us high and dry. Check out infractions on Tarion.

check with neighbors, Once you give them Money to build you will see how they treat you. When the home is complete, You will be amazed at how poor the workmanship is. Do not count on Tarion. We believed they would work on the home to our satisfaction, however it was only a ploy to keep us from filling out the 30day warranty with Tarion. Now we are unprotected and have the worst home. They know how to talk you into the home then turn on you once you sign.

Buying a home from Reids was the biggest mistake we ever made. There is no one in our neighbourhood who is happy with this builder. It is unbelievable what they have put us and others through.
