The jury is still out but the verdict seems near certain.
Everything was fine till the panel, then the GSM unit started flashing trouble codes. Very helpful on the phone retrieving the codes etc....but apparently not so good at realising what they meant. Only a direct call to the monitoring station revealed I had been unmonitored for almost a week! Each time I asked before I was told....don't worry, small glitch...you're OK...or attempt at bafflegab saying yes ...your communications have been sent and are bufferring in the panel....or the cell company is tweaking the tower...direct questions to Kridan like " am I protected" or "is it true I have been unprotected for a week" are met with an annoyed tone and NOT ONCE was there an apology!

Credibility is like virginity...especially with security services.

In spite of what MAY prove to be "normal" service levels...the fact that accountability was dodged and I felt like I was being considered "unreasonable" for asking direct questions more than once when they went unanswered offsets the smiles and low price.
