Super quick and high quality service for my Tag Aqua Racer watch battery replacement. I had gone to Tag store in Aventura Mall and was told that my watch would have to be sent to New Jersey for approximately 10 weeks and $400. That prompted my Google search for Tag watch battery replacement and Gray & Sons was the only option that looked viable. I called the store and spoke to Victoria who said my watch battery could be replaced the same day within 30 minutes for $50. I parked on a meter across the street and Victoria had my watch ready in 5 minutes. There are so many beautiful jewelry pieces in the store and the Gray & Sons magazine is the only one I look forward to and keep. Keith the owner is amazing. He has provided internships to students at Miami Beach Senior High School. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

Amazing service!
I have a Rolex day date, that needed major repairs, after a very bad experience with another jeweler, I immediately went to Gray and Sons, were I was met by Keith. I must say it was the best decision I made. He immediately inspected and analyzed my Watch and explained what the problem was. A few weeks later my watch was back in perfect order.

Pedro’s service was absolutely amazing! I discovered Gray and Sons online and so was a bit nervous about wiring funds to them but they were the only store that had the Genta Goofy jumping hour watch and in 18k. I literally have never seen this watch design available before. The other dealers I work with could not find the watch for me.

Pedro was thorough with descriptions and documentation not to mention very nice!

I cannot stress what a perfect acquisition experience this was and recommend, without any reservations, that you will receive exactly what is promised with the best service and guarantee possible. My watch is in perfect condition and in the photos you can see how it shines and even reflects my Christmas tree light in it. 😂

So please know your transaction will be efficient and safe. I now have another watch dealer to work with going forward and in fact Pedro is already searching for another elusive watch for me.

Since my watch only came w the original pouch and certificate, I assumed it would be sent to me in a safe but simple cardboard box. I was speechless when it arrived in multiple boxes for safe shipping with the final jewelry box made out of inlaid and lacquered wood.

So from your initial call or email to receipt of your purchase, you will be amazed. After receiving the Goofy, I spoke to a friend in Miami who told me that is where he and his father buy all their watches. I feel lucky that I discovered them and have another trustworthy resource!
