I been staying at intown for 6 months and the customer services was ok but my room was clean as I checked in. I just got a problem when I leave someone comes in your room. I set up a camera just to see if someone would come in without promision and I was right.

The staff are super nice and willing to go the extra mile to make lodging and parking hassle free. I had a 17 foot toy hauler on my F250 super cab, and no regular spots would work. The nighttime security guy was really helpful and gave me a few other options, including taking up multiple spots parking across them. I didn't want to keep other people from parking, so I found another option on the property next door where big rigs park. I was given a choice between 2 different rooms, and got the one I wanted. The previous person before me had just vacated and it was a really quick turnaround for me to get in. A couple of floor areas were missed during cleaning, and I went to the office the next morning to see if they would come back in and clean it. They did clean it and the rest of the entire room. I was also offered a cleaning rag which is not part of the contract, and saves me time and money to clean up my own mess in the kitchen. Everyone is awesome, the place is nice and the perfect size for a short impromptu stay, and the price was the absolute cheapest I found in my online search. I would definitely recommend InTown Suits to anyone in need of an immediate place to stay. Thank you all here on Broad River Road.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I experienced at your establishment. Mr. Roosevelt went above and beyond to assist me upon my arrival from Charleston, South Carolina, with a substantial amount of luggage and car seats for my two young sons. He guided me to my room, helped me with my luggage, and communicated effectively throughout the process.

I also want to acknowledge Miss Jamie’s exceptional service. She promptly assisted me in moving to a room with more space, accommodating my arrival and the needs of my children. She meticulously set up everything for me, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail and the warm welcome I received during my visit.

The room was small but decent, did not like the fact it had baby roaches. Kitchen was small as well but however I got to cook, so no big deal. As far as the customer service, it was cool.

I’ve had a great experience staying here. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property is always clean and well maintained. I feel safe and comfortable here, which is so important. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Jamie, the manager — she truly goes above and beyond and always makes sure guests are taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness make a big difference. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment.
