I love everything about this place. All the staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful. I needed a place to store my belongings during the process of separation and this place allowed me to slowly move out during this transition, which gave me the feeling of freedom and liberation! Something that is priceless to me. My belongings were always secure and the areas were well lit. I would definitely recommend this place :)

Premises are very clean, staff the staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. They explained the whole process thoroughly. The units are very secure. The rates are competitive. I would definitely recommend this storage company.

Warning: DO NOT go with this business, if you do be prepared for your items to be ransacked and stolen. We rented a medium sized locker in a well lit section with cameras. Little did be know that thieves are able to get passed this. The walls in the lockers don’t go all the way up to the ceiling so someone jumped it. I believe the company was aware and called me on a Sunday of a long weekend around 5pm (after hours for the main office) and the woman called asking if I’m okay to have my credit card charged in 2 weeks, same credit card I already had on file and authorized for withdrawal, which they already withdrew from. This was suspicious, and makes sense because the next time we attended our locker it was a huge mess and our stuff was stolen. We lost over $3000 worth of belongings. We thought we were covered because we purchased insurance.. WRONG.. this is another scam by the company itself. They sold us the insurance, however because there was no force entry we were not covered. Also, the managers/owners at the business are fully aware of this issue. They told us that thieves will rent a unit and before closing, they will enter and hide in their unit. During the after hours the thieves will jump the walls and stay in the facility ransacking units overnight. The next morning they will walk out with nothing, and gradually empty out their unit. I lost $3000 but the manager said one company that used the facility lost thousands of dollars in Milwaukee products. Long story short, DON’T RENT HERE.

Used to be regional manager for sentinel storage and we were trained to think Public is garbage. However , I am now renting one at their 64th location and not only was Ruti amazing the facility is clean and well maintained.

Hands down the most friendly and helpful staff! The prices were the best, the facility is well taken care of and tidy, and they explained everything in detail and the rental process was so quick and easY! It is also such a convenient location for us so we are glad we found this place!

VERY “Public” Storage.

All you need is a fraudulent ID and they will give you a code giving access to the entire building! From there anyone can climb over the 3/4 walls into your unit and help themselves to your belongings. Staff was completely unhelpful. They advertise video surveillance which is non existent inside the building. After finding out half of my belongings had been stolen I found out there had been several break ins reported yet management felt it wouldn’t be necessary to advise tenants to check their units. To add to my surprise, I discovered I had been sharing my unit with mice as there were feces all over my property. Do NOT store your items here or give these people your business. If you do, expect to be low-balled by the provided insurance when you make your claim.

I had a very pleasant experience when I first arrived. I was greeted with a warm welcome, everyone had a smile on their faces. The staff were very helpful showing me different storage lockers & educating me on everything that was needed to be known. It was an easy decision & I knew I made the right choice choosing public storage.

I had a great experience with Public Storage at 17555 64 Ave. The storage unit was cleaned and ready to unload, and the instructions provided were incredibly clear. There was convenient access and ample parking space for unloading. Moreover, the extended hours of access until 10 pm was beneficial and accommodating our busy schedules. I am grateful to Public Storage and its dedicated staff for providing outstanding service. Thank you!!
